Enrollment Information

NON-RESIDENT / SCHOOL OF CHOICE INFORMATION
Westwood Heights Schools will begin accepting applications for Fall starting May 1, 2019.  Openings are as follows:

 Hamady High School Unlimited (All Grades)
 Hamady Middle School Unlimited (All Grades)
McMonagle Elementary Unlimited (All Grades)
 

A behavior report for the past two years is required with each application. Students entering 10th grade and higher, must also submit a current transcript.  See the application for more specific requirements. Starting May 1, you may download and print the application at the link below.  Applications will also be available at the Administration Office located at 3400 N. Jennings Road during regular business hours.

RESIDENT INFORMATION

Residents new to the Westwood Heights School district are encouraged to contact the enrollment office at 810-591-4321 to ensure a smooth transition for you and your student.

To enroll a student in the Westwood Heights School District, you will need the following:
  • Student's Birth Certificate
  • Proof of District Residency (this could be you lease, mortgage document, property tax bill, AND two pieces of current official mail such as current bills for utilities, insurance, DHS, etc.)
  • Student's Immunization Record - MUST BE UP TO DATE!
  • Custody Paperwork, if applicable
  • Hearing and Vision Screening, for Kindergarten
  • Grades 1 - 9, Last report Card
  • Grades 10, 11 and 12, transcript from previous high school
  • Check out grades are required, along with the most recent report card (grades 1-9) or transcript (grades 10 - 12) at the secondary level, if you are enrolling during the school year
