Westwood Heights School District will again participate in the 105/105C State Schools of Choice program accepting Kindergarten – 12th grade. Applications are available at the Administration Building from May 6 - August 22, 2024 for Fall. The deadline to submit applications is Thursday, August 22, 2024 at 12 noon. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
Important Note to Parents: Parents must provide the previous two years of behavior for students applying for grades 1st – 12th . A district representative must sign the behavior. A statement on district letterhead or a blank behavior report from your district’s student information system must be provided to verify students with no behavior history to report. All behavior from all schools attended must be submitted with the application. Applications will be considered incomplete if behavior is not submitted from all schools attended in the two-year period.
Transcript is required for all students applying for 9th grade and higher to verify credit status.
Report Card is required for all students applying for kindergarten – 8th to verify grade placement.
